OMG I had to push myself as I never ever do weights I just do cardio. I have a broken ankle so I did the standing segment sitting down on a stool with my leg elevated. I did all the floor work thanks so much I loved it and I'll b sore tomorrow lol.

I never leave comments but I hope your camera person has matured since filming this. I found it offensive that we kept getting multiple close up shots of the lady on the left and only one close up of the lady on the right. If you're not going to be fair then just use wide shots. Everyone does not identify with the lady on the left, some people have the same body build as the lady on the right.

Totally agree. At one point the camera focuses on her when she's so focused on the camera that she doesn't even notice she's not doing the move as instructed. Really? Just stick to wide angle, please.

I do this workout atleast 3-4 times a week along with a couple other cardio/plyometric videos and i started to notice a difference after about 3 weeks in my arms, (shrinking and toning). Nothing crazy but this for sure is a great workout!! Sometimes if i feel the 10 minutes wasn't enough i do the video twice.

The first time I did this I didn't make it to the end. Eight months later I am using the five pound weights all the way. My arms look great and my bosom is firmer.

Check your posture. I have arthritis and herniated discs in my neck. This workout has helped. (I do this workout in the bathroom so I can see myself in the mirror to check my posture.) Tighten your abs and buttocks.

I just love this circuit.....short and sweet and I actually saw results after only doing it twice. It depends on what kind of shape your arms are in, but sometimes I burn out and have to use the 3's when the 5's are called for just to finish. I live in Florida so great arms are a must ! Thank You so much for posting this. It is great to work out with you every day !!

Its not about growing muscles when you use small weights. Small weights are used for faster repetitions that tone, not build. This is more for fat burning and toning:)

This is my first night doing this and let me tell you, it looks easy but it sucked towards the end haha! My 2 lb (i have to get 3 i know :/ ) weights felt like anchors haha. Hopefully i see results soon :)

I love your videos, they really do help me! My favourite one is the "Victoria's Secret body circuit". This is my first time trying this workout, and I only have the 5 pounds weights. I just want to know if it's important to use both, 3 pounds AND 5 pounds, or does it not matter at all? Thank you.

When I first came across with this channel, I was rather doubtful with my own fitness level as I find the exercises pretty demanding. When I tried out the exercises, I was amazed with myself. I was able to be from flabby arms after doing these routines for 5 weeks. I really appreciate such channel like this. I had hard time looking through the internet to find for exercise routines that is able to fit my fitness level. Thank you :)
