Hi there! 3kg is a great start! If the final reps are too tough, if you feel you're form is slipping then put the weights down or lower the weight and finish the set - that is so much more beneficial than going to hard and too fast. Keep me posted on your progress! ❤️💪

I have been doing your videos for the last 5 weeks. I do 2 abs + 3 legs or arms videos a day and 5-6 times a week and eat health food. I have lost 1 1/2 kgs . Thanks Rebecca!!

Oh my goodness Rebecca I don't know how I could do it without you ! I have been doing this workout video the past couple weeks everyday and at the start I was extremely tired , paused the video multiple times and most the time only got halfway through but today marks the first day I kept up with your amazing self and didn't push that pause button at all ! Could anyone please give me some advice concerning the combination of the different workouts? Should I train let`s say belly on Mondays than rest one day and then focus on legs on Wednesdays for instance? I would appreciate advice really a lot. Thank you!

If u do split workouts its usually day 1 lowerbody 2 upperbody,3 core,4 upperbody,5 lowerbody or 3 totalbody days and core,cardio on the other days.I thought she might have a schedule on her website.
