Shital Patel Yes, it will increase your muscles, but as a girl, you don't have to worry about bulking up. Building your muscles will slim down fat and make your arms looked toned and lean.

I started watching your videos back in 2011 while living in my tiny dorm room, and I have to say this is STILL my favorite arm workout. If it ever started to seem easy I would use heavier weights. I am rebooting my fitness journey and lifestyle all over again, so it is 3lb weights... for now. I truly appreciate you and your up beat motivation! Keep doing what you do!

You can roll up your mat a little at the top to make a cushion for your hands. Shake your hands periodically to promote blood flow.

Hm, maybe you can move your hands a little bit further back or forward. Perhaps the angle sort of closes the circulation of blood? s: . Or try, even though it might be harder, to not go too low (so stop before the rest position)?

carissima22 There's a lot of quiet workout videos out there like fitnessblender but personally I like her talking because it feels like you're working out with a friend and distracts you from the burn. It's a lot more motivating I think.

Tricep Toner is the hardest for me! Her Push Plank challenge is also pretty tough. xp . This one's just pretty good because you can increase the weight of your dumbbells.

I would say 2-3 times after doing this I saw some muscle definition :) however I only do this about once a week but if you amped it up it should do wonders!

Iris 爱丽斯 Riedo well it you have somewhat flabby arms, then it will slim it down and also tone. If you already have quite toned arms or skinny arms, then it would build muscle. So after your arms slim down, it will start to tone them more, but not like body builder toned ya know?

+Abby Kober - Whatever floats your boat! You can aim to be able to lift the same amount all the way through, or use heavier weights at first and shift to lighter weights when you just can't go on with the heavy ones anymore.

Does anyone feel anything during the biceps part? I'm using 2kg weights and feel the burn during the shoulder presses but I just don't feel anything at the biceps part :) Don't know if this is to do with the workout or that I have stronger biceps

this workout will build muscle, and muscle burns more sitting calories than fat does. sitting calories are the calories you burn when you're just sitting or not doing anything aerobic, so definitely build muscle.
